Looking for something like Not in Love

I love Ali Hazelwood and have devoured every one of her books, however Not in Love is my new favourite and I want more like it.

I'm actually very picky and not as a big a fan of some other romance authors like Tessa Bailey or Colleen Hoover (no hate, just not my cup of tea). I tend to not relate much to a lot of romance book characters, but Ali's are so quirky and unique, I much prefer it.

Does anyone have any recommendations for something like Not in Love? Spicy romance but with really interesting characters and some meaningful story aspects?
