I'm taking a college class on leadership and one of the assignments is a book report but I have to submit a proposal for the book and the teacher has to accept the proposal. I was thinking about using To Kill a Mockingbird but the teacher has probably seen that one so many times. I prefer shorter books. The teacher said he will only accept children's books if I can make a very good proposal on why he should accept a book report on the book.
Thanks in advanced for any suggestions 🙂

The lost fleet series
Try “Tool & Die” by John L Daly. It is a novel set in a manufacturing company. Everything is going exceptionally well until the CEO has his midlife crisis and hires a new COO to run the company. Plenty of leadership and corporate culture lessons. You see the situation from the perspective e of others on the management team. Needless to say, not everybody will live through the situation.
