I've developed a bad habit of just reading books by the same author, and that author is Stephen King. While there's nothing wrong with his books (there's a reason I love them), I just want to expand my horizons and try out other authors and genres. Some other authors I've read recently and enjoyed are Cormac Mccarthy, and Frank Herbert (Dune). Horror is my favorite genre, but I do have an interest in Fantasy, Crime, and just dramatic storytelling in general (although I love comedic stories as well). Please help me out!

Try reading some of Riley Sager’s or Grady Hendrix’s books and you might like them. My current read is *How To Sell A Haunted House* by Hendrix and I’m enjoying it.
For a mix of horror, fantasy, & crime you could check out The Tainted Cup by Robert Jackson Bennett
For horror comedy try A Dirty Job by Christopher Moore
Or Dads vs Zombies by Benjamin Wallace
For horror try The House of Long Shadows by Ambrose Ibsen.
For fantasy check out Dungeon Crawler Carl by Matt Dinneman.
