Been searching for these types of books for about a week now, and unfortunately all the suggestions I’ve seen (in multiple threads and subreddits) either:
A) Automatically spoiled that the villain gets the girl
B) Doesn’t have a strong love triangle — there is no obvious choice and even readers can’t decide who they prefer for the MC

It would be amazing if the villain turned out to be really complex (terrible past, valid motivations, can actually love) and the other love interest IS NOT just another perfect hero but has their own depth and complexity as well. Hopefully it’s a slow burn romance too!

I prefer fantasy books (magic, fae, myths), but happy to hear suggestions from other genres as well!
