    I’ve read a handful of these and currently listening to psycho cybernetics but the last two books that actually made a tangible change to my life were Jordan Petersons “12 rules for life” and David Goggins “can’t hurt me.” One made me start standing up straight all the time and the other had me running 60 miles a week. This was more than 4 years ago though and I haven’t read a book since that made an impact. I’m hoping to get recommended one here that will do just that. I’m an avid gym goer, love to learn, and have tried the whole cold shower deal in the mornings waking up at 5am. I want something to get me excited again as my life vigor is flatlining.
