Hello everyone, i am looking forward to build my interest in reading books. I have tried reading books (such as the art of being alone and Krishna's sister { specifically doesn't remember the name}) but I understand that it is difficult to keep up with. But after reading some books i got to know my likes and unlike and i am stating it down:

I want to read a self help book which is about solitude, loneliness, awareness and other aspects of self growth.

I want a book which is not too difficult to understand and it has medium proficiency language.

Also If anyone wants to give advice like how one should read the book and stay consistent with it then please let me know as i am beginner.

    Thanks for your help.

Try different types of books: hardcover, paperback, audiobooks (headphones) and e-books with different settings. I prefer dyslexia friendly font but many say it’s ugly.

If you don’t live near a library, Project Gutenberg has older books for free.

YouTube and Librivox have some audiobooks so you might be lucky

Internet Library Archives has photocopied books – results vary. Some are excellent and some are not.

Book that has helped me is https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Art_of_Happiness. It is not so much about religion or spiritual but two men talking about life and problems people face in their lives. I still take it out when I need assurance that humanity is not that bad.
