Suggest me a book where noone believes the main character

So the protagonist could experiencing something strange (supernatural, aliens, whatever) or be obsessed with sth (solving a crime or a mystery) and everyone thinks they're going crazy. Could end in the main character being right, wrong, or an ambiguous ending.
