    u/monsteroftheweek13 calls it Hurricane Horror or Thunderstorm Horror, and I had wanted to crosspost to here but you can't do that on this sub.

    Any recommendations on creepy/scary/paranormal books that take place during a storm or a blizzard or even knowing one that is incoming?

    Something to read when the power is out and the wind is rattling the windows, when the fire burns bright and candlelight is all you have.

      Stolen tongues by Felix Blackwell is good! It was actually a 2 sentence horror story here on Reddit that people liked so he expanded on it I believe.

      Probably Cycle of the Werewolf by Stephen King, or The Wolf Wilder by Katherine Rundell.
