Any suggestions for a book that snowballs into “wtf is happening?” I’m cool with sci-fi, fantasy, horror, thriller, idk dark romance or anything like that! Kinda like the vibes of Yellowjackets/Mayfair Witches/Lord of the Flies. Doesn’t need the be that premise – mainly just the vibe of ???????.
I was going to read God of the Woods because based off its title thats what I was expecting but I’ve heard it’s not like that. (Still going to read it but not yet :))
Fine with gore but not looking for anything too shocking like splatterpunk.
