Suggest me a book where the creator enters a created world
Been thinking about past concepts I’ve enjoyed and I’ve rarely been able to find stories like this, the closest I can remember would be the tron movies so I’m looking for books that share the concept, sci-fi or other genres.
* [The Otherland series](https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/28695.City_of_Golden_Shadow). This is a really long series of books featuring normal virtual reality that everyone uses, and then a special, ultra high definition virtual reality that only a select few can enter, and unraveling how and why it was created, and by who, is one part of the many branching plot threads.

The Inkheart series
I’ve read a lot of fiction about virtual or created worlds, but now that you mention it, it’s far less common for the creator to also be a character.
* [Snow Crash](https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/40651883-snow-crash) by Neal Stephenson. The main character was on a programming team that created the metaverse (this is the book that coined that word).
* [The Diamond Age](https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/827.The_Diamond_Age) also by Neal Stephenson, but with a virtual world accessed from a 2D surface by the end users, and the creator from a different method.
