As the title suggests. I don't think I'm uncultured by any means but I think I'm into a bit of everything, which makes me into nothing. I love opera but don't know enough about it to understand an in depth conversation. Ancient Greek mythology fascinates me but I only know the basic stories and even then only a handful. I like politics and history but cannot sustain a discussion on current affairs. Maybe I'm being harsh on myself and I'm the type of person who doesn't speak unless I'm confident in what I'm saying. But I'd like recommendations on books that provide an accurate overview of interesting topics, to help me gain understanding into them.
Any suggestions?
