    Intentional living at it's finest with Jay's book, Think Like a Monk. I read it before bed, maybe 10-20 pages at a time and go to sleep feeling inspires, not stressed or thinking about any worries at all. I like to save books that inspire me for bedtime for the best night's sleep.
