Any books that are similar to The Purge but for more carnal urges?

Basically, I’m looking for a story where society once a year, or once every so often, just lets loose in debauchery. Basically a world orgy once a year, and then go back to more conservative views the rest of the time. Any stories or books with a similar premise? It can just be an aspect or the whole story.
