Any books on women that are 35+? I’ve never been married and unfortunately was never able to have kids. So books about “older” women starting over with children after failed marriages isn’t exactly what I’m looking for either. It’s difficult sometimes reading the coming of age books on women in their early 20’s because I have been there and done that. They just don’t bring much joy or interest. Hoping someone out there has some recommendations 🤞🏽

Fried Green Tomatoes comes to mind.
I’ve just had the disturbing realization, aside from Margaret Atwood’s *Handmaid’s Tale* and *Year of the Flood*, most of my recommendations have women protagonists in their teens/ twenties or in their 70s—nothing in between. Yikes! Think I might have to follow this post.
