I have been struggling for months now to find a book that I like and that I would actually finish. Then I stumbled across Wild by Cheryl Strayed and I absolutely love this book! It is hilarious and also heartbreaking and it made me want to start reading again.
Since I started reading again I notice I'm feeling better, watching less TV, and I've just been happier. I honestly didn't expect this change. But I'm glad it's happening and I think it's because reading has been such a stress reliever for me!
Had anybody else recently discovered the joys of reading and what books make you feel better and less stressed from day to day?
