Hello, everyone.
In a few weeks, I'll be leaving my family permanently and moving to a completely different country, where I'll be living alone for the first time.
I know there will be times when I feel lonely, especially during the long, dark winters. I’m looking for book recommendations to keep me company during this time, something that can help me stay grounded and warm my heart. Something that discusses life's meaning. Something that will make me feel safe.
I'm not looking for books directly related to immigration and living alone, instead, I’m particularly interested in something great and impactful, by the likes of Dostoevsky, Tolstoy, or other great writers—books that are profound, meaningful, and rich.
Feel free to suggest any book, even if it is very famous if it matches what I want. There is a high chance I haven't read it yet!
Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated!
