I recently realize all my favorite books/series follow similar tropes. Red Rising, The Poppy War, The Will of The Many.
Lower caste main character goes to prestigious school and wants to overthrow the government, eventually makes friends with similar likeminded classmates in their journey to make a better world.
Any suggestions?
