My 3 year old daughter loves a little chapter book with illustrations called Our Friend Hedgehog about a group of animals becoming friends. She loves it so much that she’ll calmly sit through us reading the entire thing every night even though it takes 30+ minutes to read. I’m looking for other books that are on the longer side but are appropriate for 3 year olds, include some illustrations, and have positive vibes. Some examples of ones we have read are the Frog & Toad books and Little Witch Hazel.
