Would you have a suggestion for books similar to When Breath Becomes Air, but instead of a topic of cancer and death, about becoming disabled or chronically ill? I’m looking ideally for people or characters who become disabled physically (e.g., wheelchair, crutches, not blind or deaf) or chronically ill, whether fiction or nonfiction. I would be very grateful. It’s something I’ve been facing for a few months, and any of your suggestions would help me to go through grief a bit easier. Thank you!
