Hi, I am in enriched english going to my first year of high school. I need some book recommendations with these requirements:

Non-fiction

No film or any visual media adaptation (make sure that you double-check)

200-page minimum
-
It can’t be a book that you have already read (in middle school or otherwise)
It has to fit these requirements. I have to read and annotate it by the 4th and it seems almost impossible to find a book that fits these requirements. If someone can provide a list of good books that fit these requirements I will be very grateful. Thank you so much!
