I’m looking for a purely transactional relationship where the FMC doesn’t enjoy it but she’s doing what she has to do and the MMC knows this but keeps upping the ante.

I would love to read a book that’s a business deal that just goes way off the rails. FMC can be down on her luck or honestly just wanting more in life and MMC comes in and offers her a deal.

Now I know there are TONS of these where billionaire comes in and he just goes crazy over her and now they married and all her problems go away.
