Hi everyone, I am doing a challenge this year, and one of the items on the list is "a book from Greek literature", so I need recommendations. I would prefer something contemporary, and it can be literary fiction, science fiction or short story collection.

Check out Petros Markaris. Not sure what’s translated into English.
Not exactly contemporary, but Nikos Kazantzakis wrote some great novels in the 20th century including Zorba the Greek and The Last Temptation of Christ.
