Books on online bullying in the gaming community.

I am looking for books that tells the life of an online gamer and how the community functions. Events of online bullying or rage fits and how they affect the person is what I'm looking for.

Previously I made a similar post on young adult fiction. I loved the responses there.
I would love to explore more on other age groups as well. And I am specifically looking for books that gives entries on the effects of online bullying in the gaming community.
