Hello. I recently read How to Win Friends by Carnegie. While I think it's a good book, I didn't like it very much because it lacks scientific backing. I also read Predictably Irrational by Dan Ariely, which helped me understand customers through the small experiments the author included in each chapter. Can you recommend a social skills book that is backed by scientific research or experiments? Thank you.
