I know eating right and working out are good for you. But i feel like diving into the science and what makes a proper diet/workout and their benefits will help me kickstart my journey.
I have plenty of “Self Help” style books like Atmoic Habits and such. But i want some material of what is going on in my body when treated right and concepts to jump into it. Anything helps.
