A family member (31m) of mine is currently in rehab and getting back into reading. They have been enjoying memoirs and some self help books. I would like to send them a couple to have options to read while they are there. I appreciate any suggestions!

I would suggest Educated by Tara Westover.
I have enjoyed The Obstacle is The Way, and Ryan Holiday’s other books too.
The War of Art by Steven Pressfield
Born a Crime by Trevor Noah,
My stroke of insight,
The hiding place by Corrie ten Boom,
Range by David Epstein
The guy who played Draco in Harry Potter has a good memoir about being in rehab and getting his life back on track, it was humorous and relatable – Tom Felton, Beyond the Wand.
{{Becoming Superman}} by j michael straczynski. He had an awful childhood with a very abusive father but went on to become a comic book writer for Marvel, DC, TV and the Hollywood.
