    1. {{Babbitt}} and {{Native Son}} although that one’s cheating a bit since it is set during the early 30s.

When I was younger, I read and loved the The Bright Young Things series by Anna Godbersen.

Beatriz Williams has some novels that I enjoyed that were set during that era, like The Wicked City series and A Certain Age.

And I also liked City of Flickering Light by Juliette Fay.

    3. When Two Feathers Fell From the Sky by Margaret Verble. Magical realism set in 1920s Tennessee.

I didn’t love it, but Allie Therin’s Magic in Manhattan series is a similar vibe: urban fantasy romance set in New York in the ’20s.The first one is {{Spellbound by Allie Therin}}. I did really like {{Monsters We Defy by Leslye Penelope}}, which is set in Washington D.C. in 1925. It’s also fantasy (with some romance, but it’s not really foregrounded), but it’s inspired by actual events and people in D.C.’s Black history.

The Last Tycoon by F. Scott Fitzgerald. Unfinished book about the Hollywood film industry of the 1920s and the life of a successful film producer.

The Chaperone by Laura Moriarty. Set partly in the 1920s, about a woman who chaperones a teenage Louise Brooks to New York City.

    6. Symphony of Secrets by Brendan Slocumb

There are 2 timelines in the book: one present day and the other in the 20s
