I'm a freelancer and I was reading SELL LIKE CRAZY by Sabri Suby, but at one part in the first pages the book states very cleary:
If you don’t aspire to scale your business and you’re content with simply practising your craft, that’s fine; however, this book likely isn’t for you.
I had to return it because that means you will have to delegate and become a manager, rather than doing the craft which I enjoy.
Is there a sales book that its aimed more to entrepeneurs that want to keep practicing their craft but also scale? Maybe not in a million dollar business like that book aims to, but a book that helps in increasing sales as a service provider and make a good/really good living.
