I'm currently trying to find a contemporary (modern setting) fantasy book in which fantasy creatures exist as a part of modern society. If anyone knows of such a book I would very much appreciate it being suggested.
Alif the Unseen by G. Willow Wilson? Most humans can’t see magical beings, or see them as ordinary people or animals or something, so the magical beings don’t live openly as part of modern society. But there’s a lot of crossover of modern things in the fantasy areas and fantasy beings in everyday human society.

Discount Armageddon by Seanan McGuire
Deathly Hallows series by Kim Harrison
Kate Daniels by Ilona Andrews
Mercy Thomas by Patricia Briggs
The Others by Ann Bishop
