L. Moore. I’ve only read [Shambleau](http://baencd.freedoors.org/Books/The%20World%20Turned%20Upside%20Down/0743498747__21.htm) but as I understand it, femininity as an eldritch horror is a major theme across all her writing, and I haven’t managed to read anything else by her yet.
