I have scoured lists and searched for recommendations and while there are so many self help books available, I haven’t found one that matches with testimonials and insight to how it helped each type of person.
I’d like to find some guidance and relatable skill building for teens to combat anxiety while recognizing the triggers and physical responses early enough for my teens to take control for themselves.
A book that is relatable for the preteen- teenager age group, has practical insight and tips to adapt in their own ways.
