I mostly read nonfiction stuff with the aim to learn something practical (mainly about health and finance). Stuff like Breathe by James Nestor or Think Again by Adam Grant, etc.
I’d like to get into literary classics. Fiction or non fiction. Across all genres. I have no criteria besides was it good? Is it legendary?

Joseph Conrad’s *Heart of Darkness* is not too long and easy to read.
The Bell Jar was the first classic I ever got through without being forced by school, and after that I now love classics. It’s also an autobiography which makes it even better in my opinion
{{The Picture of Dorian Gray}}
I loved “The Idiot” by Dosti
and “Great Expectations” by Dickens
Frankenstein by Mary Shelley is my favorite classic and is fairly short (although pretty dense).
for a short entry into classic sci-fi, The Time Machine by H. G. Wells
