I was talking to my girlfriend about her next book to read and she doesn’t know what to pick. She is looking for a scary creature feature genre book. The last one she read that she really enjoyed was “Stolen Tongues”. She really enjoys the idea of a creature mimicking people and learning their behaviors to get closer to them and she loves that it was set in a snowy setting. She also is pretty picky with the books she reads so it needs to have a good intro within the first chapter or two to get her on the hook.
Does anyone have any recommendations of similar books? Thanks for any responses!
