I was coming on here to write a whole spiel about my feelings and thoughts about the transitory nature of life then I stepped away and spent some time reflecting until I realised that I was intellectualising my hurt feelings about my father not loving me enough to know me lol. Anywho, got any book recommendations for that? Not so much “healing” but just a recommendation for that lol.
