I’m looking for a really scary, dark, disturbing book. It doesn’t have to be you know about monsters, vampires etc. I just want it to be eerie. I want to feel like I’m not the only living thing in room while reading. I want to feel “presence”. I want to feel goosebumps, I want to be uncomfortable, I want to be scared and I want to sleep with my comforter tucked under my feet so nobody will get me 😉
Please recommend me something!!
I LOVE Jozef Karika’s books, they scratch the exact itch I need, but they’re not translated to English (Czech books) so I don’t know how to look up for similar ones!
Might be horrors, thrillers, literary fiction, everything as long as it gets into the concept
