I am a recovering survivor of two cults. Looking for nonfiction that may help in my processing and recovery. And recovering from brainwashing from those type of places if possible.

If not thats alright. But thought it'd be worth asking here. One of them was rapture prepper and similar to a church of christ + fundamentalist lovechild. And the other was a matriarchal cult who had multiple husbands and me as one of her devotee members who tended to her and her children.
