I just rammed through Vicious in one day because of how much I loved it. If anyone has any suggestions similar to it, that would be amazing!! I'm already plowing through the Six of Crows series and I love Kaz as well.
What has captivated me so hard with both books was the villainous main character, I personally thought both of them were very well written, and I also loved the bonus bits where they would show little glimmers of compassion or their own form of kindness, because of what their pasts have involved. Love that crap.
If anyone has any books similar to either of them, with the same morally gray or just downright evil sometimes main male, that would be amazing. Bonus points if there's even just a teeny tiny bit of romance (or more!), but not necessary.

Gosh I think you would love Foundryside by Robert Jackson Bennett! It’s a heist book that has many elements of fantasy in it. More of a stretch but you might like the Licanius Trilogy by James Islington because it definitely has some morally grey characters. The Cruel Prince by Holly Black also kind of falls in this realm. Also many of VE Schwab’s other books are great too, especially A Darker Shade of Magic.
