Looking for a book that’s well written and a compelling read but not overly sad or depressing. I know that’s a tough balance to strike, in the past I’ve enjoyed Emily Henry books, Thursday murder club, throne of glass. I’ve also enjoyed interesting nonfiction like Educated and Without You There is no Us. Didn’t much care for Evelyn Hugo, fourth wing, the maid, or anything with too many sex scenes. Thank you for your help!
