Good news; Harrow the Ninth! Bad news; it’s the second book in the series and the first one (Gideon the Ninth) is not in second person.

“Half Asleep in Frog Pajamas” is the closest I can think of.

The Broken Earth trilogy by N.K. Jemisin.

Broken Earth trilogy, though it isn’t the entirety of the story, just a decent percentage of it. The books alternate between second and third person. Really well done use of 2nd person.

The Seven Moons Of Maali Almeida by Sheahan Karuntalinka (I definitely didn’t spell that correctly)
Set in Sri Lanka during the civil war. Sort of a ghost story, beautifully written and very moving. Won the Booker prize.

There are some chapters in The Night Circus written in 2nd person.
