I'm sorry for being so pedantic about genres, I am not going around in real life like that.
But I'm reading a historical fiction and in the book there are a few prophets and prophecies that come true. This one seeer blatantly predicts that Gaius Julius Caesar (not even born yet at that point in the book) will be the greatest man of Rome.
Is that book sti historical fiction? What makes it so that its not low fantasy or magic realism if it has literal prophecies coming true.
I'm just curious, I think it's interesting to dicuss genres, but I also like organizing lego pieces neatly into a thousand different drawers 🤷🏼♀️
