Context: I'm from a small country in Europe where I fear a boring life where I have to live up to other's expectations. I like the idea of living somewhere else (maybe somewhere warm), living a free, spontaneous life where I can do all sorts of things without caring about other people's ideas of "success" and stuff like that
I'm interested in active nihilism, unorthodox perspectives and ways of thinking/living, other cultures and also aesthetics.
Some books related to this subject that I've liked are The Stranger, Slaughterhouse-Five, The Missing Bureaucrat by Hans Scherfig, and 1984 (mainly due to how they show completely unorthodox perspectives and ways of thinking)
However, I think I would like to read something more personal, and perhaps a bit more positive? But idk
Any book suggestions?
(If it helps, I would also be interested in: “Spirituality” stuff, energy, interconnectedness, unity in everything, emergence and deconstruction, nature?, taoism?)
