Hello!
I’m an extroverted person in constant need of being around or with people. However, I am also a person with an anxious attachment style.
Therefore, I need to learn how to allow myself to just be with myself, to spend time with myself, not constantly look for time with others. In essence, I probably need to see a therapist. But, I can’t afford that at the moment. So I would like to read about it.
Does anyone have any recommendations on books to learn how to have alone time, spend time for oneself, not being depended on others?
