I’m terrible at finding new books to read and would love to find something that combines surrealism/magical realism and a nice romance.
Stuff I like that kinda fits that vibe: Pushing Daisies, Amelie, Welcome To Nightvale, the work of Wong Kar Wai, and Stardust.
I admittedly do have a strong preference for lady protagonists, but it’s not a strict requirement. Just need somethin’ with some weirdness and sweetness
