I have been in a huge reading slump. I am a mood reader and nothing seems to be striking my fancy lately. I’ve started books and put them down after a few pages. I got halfway through one and DNF it. I’m looking for something specific that I just can’t find. I’m really in the mood for a Wilderness/survival type thriller/horror or thrillers that are set in the woods/hiking/rafting/camping etc. Books I’ve really enjoyed from this genre are The River at Night by Erica Ferencik, This Wretched Valley, and Widow Falls by Kiersten Modglin. I really like any thrillers or horror set in National Parks or deep scary woods. Do you have any suggestions for me?
