So I suffer from chronic overthinking, and I tend to hyperfixate on situations/events and just constantly turning it over in my head. It makes me stressed out and I feel like it’s hard for me to focus on the present and enjoy things. Any self help books that addresses issues like this?
I’ve read The Subtle Art of Not Giving a F**k and actually liked it. So something along those lines would be great.
