I’m looking for books about Asian religion, art, philosophy, history or other various cultural aspects

I’ve studied my fair share of western culture and history, and I realized just how much there is still a HUGE gap between western and eastern cultures. I’d like to understand the basics – so nothing too specific for now, thank you.
