I went through a break up last week we were together for over 3 and half years! We lived together for 2 years. We had a trauma bond she has an anxious attachment style and I have an avoidant anxious style. There was lots of emotional, verbal and mental abuse the last year and half of the relationship. I’m looking for something that would help me understand better and ease the pain I’m feeling and maybe help me let go of her and move on faster with my life. So would really appreciate if anyone could suggest me books to read. Also a side note I was blindsided with the end of the this relationship I thought we were working on our issues. So just need something that would help me understand and make me feel better.
