    Coming from a 40 year old lady. I already posted before with a similar question. Already read so many books about depression and some fiction books. Nothing seems to speak to me. Not sure why. I feel like there should be something out there that might help? Like maybe some kind of therapy that's not CBT. I don't know. I keep looking for something but I feel like it's all saying the same thing.
