Hi there! I suppose the title makes it obvious, but I am currently looking for books that are written as if they are like a detective film noire. I'm talking angsty detectives, Femme Fatales, 1920's/1950's murder mysteries, time-specific lingo, the whole shebang. I'm talking a whole book that is like one long Private Eye Monologue. The older the book is, the better. If such a book exists I would love to know!
