Hello all! I got a job last month as an activities director for an independent senior living facility. I am trying to start a book club with the residents but desperately need book suggestions! When I took a poll it seemed like most were interested in a romantic thriller. They’re all fairly conservative so I’m nervous to pick “a wrong book.” Suggestions appreciated!!!

Not really a romantic book, but a thriller is The Silent Patient by Alex Michaelides.
JD Robb has a fun romantic thriller I read for book club once. And it wasn’t too steamy or controversial.

A Severe Mercy by Sheldon Vanauken. Non-fiction, but it has a romance element to it.
